QUESTMANAGER – GLOBAL TEST DRIVE CHECK-UP
Our team has elaborated a project that permits us to integrate QuestManager with a base register of the manufacturers end clients.
This integration allows the software to automatically send a global evaluation questionnaire to any clients who perform a test drive at any dealership. This will allow the assembler’s Marketing/Market Intelligence area to have a panel of real information without interference by the dealership. It also makes it possible to compare results between periods and evaluate certain market factors in real-time, including:
Every time a customer goes on a test drive, the sales representative should be instructed to collect certain registration information (at least his/her name and e-mail). After assisting the customer, the sales representative should enter this information into the dealership’s system. This system will then send a command to QuestManager triggering a questionnaire via e-mail based on the vehicle which was tested. When the customer accesses their e-mail account, there will be a message from the manufacturer with an invitation to answer some questions about the vehicle he/she tested. However, if the customer does not respond to the questionnaire but has provided a phone number, the assembler can use the QuestManager CATI mode to make a telephone call.
To opt for this project, simply create questionnaires that integrate QuestManager with the Marketing base register.
The collected data can be displayed through charts so the project managers can perform the monitoring in real-time and compare different stages or measure the results of actions.
In order to implement this project, the manufacturer must purchase a QuestManager license and create or outsource the intelligence stage and study diagnosis (questionnaire, methodology, sample and analysis).
