Most construction or Real Estate companies organize beautiful stands and events to convince their potential customers to choose one of their ventures.
This project is designed to evaluate customer expectations when arriving at a stand, as well as the motives or actions that attracted them in the first place and get their opinions on the commercial approach and venture.
With QuestManager you can develop an operation to approach these customers directly at the stands via PalmTops. In this study, the interviewers collect basic registration information as well as information associated with the main reasons that prompted the customer to visit the stand. From there, the interviewer will introduce the customers to a real estate agent who will then assist them.
After collecting the registration information from the first phase, QuestManager immediately sends an e-mail to the customer with an evaluation questionnaire regarding the venture he/she visited. This makes it possible for the company to precisely monitor the customer’s previous and current expectations, in addition to his/her perceptions immediately following a visit to the venture. It also allows the company to improve their understanding of the motives for purchases and refusals, and even allows them to direct their marketing actions more effectively.
In order to implement this project, the construction or Real Estate company must purchase a QuestManager license and create or outsource the intelligence stage and study diagnosis (questionnaire, methodology, sample and analysis).
